Taking a few minutes every day to pause, and to create space for growing our personal awareness, can have a huge impact on supporting our well-being.
The practice below is a heart-warming, affectionate breathing practice. (If paying attention to your breath doesn’t feel great then disregard the instructions and really take what you really need any moment.) This practice invites you to discover how it feels to bring warmth and kindness towards your breath and to yourself as you stay present to your experience.

Hi Lisa, it’s Cheri Crighton. Came across this tonight and thought it might help. Instead I pretty much bawled through the whole thing. However, I feel it might be a starting point for some small practices to help me shift back to some form of being… and possibly support me in this extremely difficult journey. Although your words triggered some deep emotions, seeing you and hearing your voice was comforting and I just felt the need to share.
Thank you for being you and reminding me to just take what I need, and do what I need.
With love, Cheri
